Smoked Salmon Dip with Dill and Capers

This smoked salmon dip is creamy, savory, and herbaceous with a hint of brine and smoke. It comes together in minutes with the help of a food processor and is perfect for both weekday snacking and last-minute entertaining.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 4 oz Cold-smoked Salmon
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Dill chopped (plus more for garnish)
  • 2 tbsp Jarred Capers drained
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 Garlic clove minced
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

Step 1: Blend the Base

  • Add cream cheese, sour cream, dill, Worcestershire, paprika, onion powder, garlic, smoked salmon, drained capers and a dash of pepper to your food processor. Pulse 4-5 times. Continue to blend, if needed, until smooth and your desired consistency. Scrape down the sides as needed.

Step 2: Season

  • Taste test the dip and add additional seasoning if desired.

Step 4: Chill

  • Transfer to a serving bowl and cover. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving to let the flavors meld.
