Dark Chocolate Bark with cranberries, pepitas, pretzels & popcorn

Ingredients
  

  • 10 oz Dark Chocolate Morsels
  • 1/8 cup pepitas
  • 1-2 cups freshly popped popcorn
  • 1 cup mini pretzels
  • 1/4 cup dried sweetened cranberries
  • Flaky Sea Salt optional

Instructions
 

  • Melt chocolate in a double broiler. Let rest for several hours until the chocolate hardens.
  • Spread all of the melted chocolate on to parchment paper-lined baking sheet until about 1/4 inch thick.
  • Before the chocolate cools, top with the remaining ingredients. If desired, sprinkle on some flaky sea salt.
  • Carefully break into pieces and serve.
