Roasted Grapes and Brie

Equipment

  • baking sheet
  • parchment paper
  • baking dish

Ingredients
  

  • 1 wheel of Brie
  • ½ pound of red grapes removed from stem and washed
  • 2 Tbls Olive Oil
  • 6 sprigs of fresh thyme removed from stems
  • Flaky Sea Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
  • Place grapes in a baking dish and stir in oil and thyme.

  • Roast grapes for 15-20 minutes and remove from oven.
  • Place wheel of brie on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  • Bake brie in oven for 6-8 minutes, until it begins to soften.
  • Remove brie from oven and transfer the warm brie to your desired serving dish.
  • Gently pour roasted grapes on top of brie and season with flaky sea salt.
  • Garnish with additional thyme sprigs and serve with bread or crackers.
