wheel of Brie
½
pound
of red grapes
removed from stem and washed

Tbls
Olive Oil
6
sprigs of fresh thyme
removed from stems
Flaky Sea Salt
to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
Place grapes in a baking dish and stir in oil and thyme.
Roast grapes for 15-20 minutes and remove from oven.
Place wheel of brie on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake brie in oven for 6-8 minutes, until it begins to soften.
Remove brie from oven and transfer the warm brie to your desired serving dish.
Gently pour roasted grapes on top of brie and season with flaky sea salt.
Garnish with additional thyme sprigs and serve with bread or crackers.
