Blueberry Sauce
This recipe incorporates blueberries, sugar, lemon juice and water to make a slightly sweet syrup. This topping is perfect for pancakes, waffles, yogurt, or even ice cream!

- 1 cup blueberries I used frozen
- 1/8 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to boil over medium heat.
Lower heat and simmer 5-6 minutes until blueberries soften and sauce thickens slightly.
Let cool slightly and serve.
